Apartamentos Vistasol Magaluf , Magaluf (Mallorca)

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area at the top of a small hill with a fairly sharp slope upwards, very close to the main 'movida' area of Magaluf. The rooms offered all the necessary amenities one could wish for, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking as our room was never cleaned, and clean towels weren't provided. However, the hotel really put efforts into rectifying the mistake they made towards us, especially through the bar and restaurant manager. The location, although close to all bars and between two popular pubs, might be a nightmare for the older generation due to the steep hill. The dining options catered to all tastes and included many choices, making it convenient for the next meal. The facilities were modern and comfortable, but the lack of sunshine reaching our balcony was a downside during our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so cozy and had a lovely big balcony, perfect for enjoying the views. The staff really impressed me with their efforts to fix a mistake, especially the bar and restaurant manager. The location was brilliant, right in the heart of the party area and close to everything. The dining options were varied and suitable for all tastes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were equipped with all the necessary things anyone can wish for and offered an astonishing seaside view, although there were a few occasions where children were noisily roaming around. The mattresses were as thin as a newspaper, but overall it was a fantastic experience.
